Create a Discord webhook

In your Discord server → Channel settings → Integrations → Webhooks → New Webhook.

Copy the webhook URL

Copy the webhook URL for the channel.

Connect integration Secret key Save

Paste it into flyhelpdesk

Open Integrations → Connections → Discord, paste the URL and enable Discord.

Test connection Connected

Send a test message

Click Test connection to confirm posting works.

You’re done

Alerts now post to Discord.
