Bring tickets, requesters and conversations over from Freshdesk.

Developer portal Create a new app Name flyhelpdesk Create API key

Find your Freshdesk API key

In Freshdesk → Profile settings, copy Your API Key.

Connect integration Secret key Save

Enter the details

Open Integrations → Import & migrate → Freshdesk and enter your domain and API key.

Preview the import

Run Test connection & preview to check the sample and mapping first.

Run the import

Click Run import — it walks every ticket and is idempotent.
