Connect the Instagram account

In Meta for Developers link the Instagram professional account to your app and generate an access token.

Add the credentials

Open Integrations → Social channels → Instagram and paste the access token and a verify token.

Set the callback URL

Copy the Instagram webhook URL and verify token into Meta and subscribe to messages.
