The official flyhelpdesk app for Make: instant triggers, actions and searches.
Open Admin → Developer / API and create a token with read and write access.
In Make add the flyhelpdesk app, enter your workspace URL and the token.
Start from the Watch events trigger or an action such as Create ticket or Reply to ticket. Webhooks are registered and removed by the app.
Ticket events now drive Make scenarios.
