Create a Connected App

In Salesforce Setup create a Connected App with the OAuth client-credentials flow enabled, and note your My Domain URL.

Copy the consumer key & secret

Copy the Connected App’s consumer key and consumer secret.

Paste them into flyhelpdesk

Open Integrations → Connections → Salesforce and enter the My Domain URL, consumer key and secret.

Test the connection

Click Test connection — flyhelpdesk exchanges the credentials for a token.
