Show a customer’s recent Shopify orders on the ticket.
In your Shopify admin → Settings → Apps → Develop apps, create an app with read_orders and read_customers scopes and install it.
Copy the Admin API access token (starts with shpat_).
Open Integrations → Connections → Shopify, enter your store domain and the token.
The Orders · Shopify card shows the contact’s recent orders in the Customer panel.
