Create a Server-to-Server app

In the Zoom Marketplace create a Server-to-Server OAuth app with the meeting:write scope.

Add the credentials

Open Integrations → Connections → Zoom and enter the account ID, client ID and secret.

Test connection Connected

Test the connection

Click Test connection to mint a token.

Start a call from a ticket

A Zoom button in the ticket actions creates a meeting and drops the join link into the timeline.
