The Admin → Compliance module turns audit prep into a checklist. Each framework has its own tab with the controls you need to satisfy and where flyhelpdesk already helps.

Work a framework

1. Open Admin → Compliance and pick a tab — SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and others.
2. Each control shows its status and the evidence flyhelpdesk produces automatically (audit logs, the tamper-evident hash chain, backups, access controls, MFA enforcement).
3. Mark residual, process-based controls as you complete them so the readiness score reflects reality.

Certification readiness

Admin → Certification readiness rolls the controls up into a single, honest score per framework, highlighting what still needs an owner or a document before an auditor arrives.

Policies

Starter policy templates (security, privacy, acceptable use, incident response) give you a first draft to adapt — don't ship them unread.
